i am looking for an inexpensive power head circulating pump like the Koralia 2. I like the feature the magnet and suction cup. Is it big enough for a freshwater 120 gallon? Any other recommendations? Dan

usually, for saltwater applications, I'd ask what you have in the tank. I don't know a lot about freshwater setups, but I imagine that would be the first question. What do you need the flow for?

none yet just planning to put sicklets in. 10-12 of them, spelling?!

120 gallons of water needs to be pushed a bit to keep it clean and rich in o2. i want a powerhead but not one that hangs on the tank and looks obtrusive.

One Koralia 2 isn't going to be near enough flow in a 120 Gallon tank to keep it aerated for Cichlids. I kept more flow than that in my 55G FW tank and wanted more. The Koralias will work for what you are wanting, just that one Koralia 2 isn't going to be near enough flow.
