Circulation in a 30g

OK I am doing an inventory of what I have in the basement so I can start my 30G mushroom tank. I have the tank, PC light, skimmer etc. What I do not have is any working powerheads. I need cusrculation but in a 30 with shrooms I need constant and diffuse current. Does the smaller Tunze put out too much flow for a 30? I used to have a few aquaclear 800's but that box is mia. I am happy to spend th emoney on a good replacement. Any suggestions.

for shrooms you really do not need much flow at all. i have found the more flow the smaller the shroom will grow.
