What do you guys think about this Light Fixture

http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewIt...861~tab~2.html

I already have a fixture for my 225 6'x30"x30" but I saw this with 4 250'S but no lunar, also if the fixture comes with 10k lighting can these bulbs be changed to 20k for better color?

It'd be a good solution, and you should be able to change the bulbs out for a different color spectrum. With the T-5s, though, you should be able to get good supplementation even if you with with the 10kK.

I'm just wondering is a couple of the lights will end up over the tank braces?

The fixture I have now fits perfect on top of the tank, thanks to crvs (Chris) this is what I have right now http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewIt...HMTMDMLM8.html
Was thinking of upgrading light fixture but I was concerned with the no lunar option, But with 4 HALIDES I figured it would be better than the 3 Halides, I will be going full coral with clams when its time

That fixture looks pretty cool with 4 halides under it which guarantees you will not have any dead zones in a 6 foot tank. I would think the clams would love the PAR and you can run the 10K with the Actinic supplementation to get good growth rates out of everything as well.

Best of luck with it.

Lunar lights are not necessary and serve no real purpose except to act as a night light for us. If you want them and your fixture doesn't come with them there are many options for adding them on. Here is a link to a page that shows some of those options: http://www.bigalsonline.com/BigAlsUS...wType=Category
