Power compact question....

Someone refresh my memory, please.
Don't new PCs take a while to light up? I just got new bulbs and the Actinic is only lit on one side while the Daylight hasn't flinched.
I know the fixture's ok.

I never noticed mine taking any time to light they fire right up when the timer turns them on

Agree with the others. Sounds like something is amiss in your set up. Shouldnt be like that

Bad bulb I guess. I have the older one in now and it did fine.
