I just bought a new
power compact light that should be comming in the mail in a few days. I am changing from a regular fluorescent bulb fixture which has a 30watt white and 30watt blue bulb. My new fixture will have 2 dual power compact bulbs each with 96 watts and night led's. Is there anything that I need to be aware of before and or after I get my new light? Is there anything I should do or watch once i get the light? heat? the new fixture does have a fan on it and the old one does not. Algea growth? any info will be great. it is a 36inch fiture with 192 watts total on a 55 gallon acrylic tank.
