New, and need to know if this is good for a 10g nano reef

OK... What type of corals and inverts? IMO, anything other than som low-light corals will be out of reach with that light.

See if you can find something like this used in your area (try your local reef club or even craigslist) or you might try eBay...Just make sure the bulbs are not more than a few months old, or consider replacement cost of the bulb(s) in your offer.

I bought a used coralife 24" 2x65W for $50 not long ago...I think that's a fair price and the 20" version (that fits a 10G) should be about the same I would think. Only difference is I think the 20" version uses a single 96W "quad" bulb.

I have a 13W PC bulb on my 12G nano with shrooms and zoas and it is nowhere near enough light for them.
