I have a 110 gallon tank. 28 inches tall, 48" length.

I would like to set up a reeef tank with all the different corals and stuff. What type of lighting and how many watts??

The tank is about 1.5 yrs old but I have not devoted much too it so now I have algae issues but that is another story.

Right now I have power compacts 260 watts, ut is a current satellite dual model. Dual 6700/10000 and 420/460 actinic. Is this sufficient??

Also if I need new lighting where is the best place to buy?? I have a wooden hood so I think I can put fixtures only versus something pretty.

It basically depends on what you want to keep.. sps, lps, softies, clams

I would suggest 2-250w MH for your tank as it is a deeper tank if you want SPS/clams.
