Lighting for 37g Reef Tank

I am looking for a little more information about lighting for my tank. Currently I have a Hagen Glo T5 HO 2x24w (one 10k bulb, one actinic). I am looking for something I can support LPS, SPS and anemones. I have a BTA anemone in there right now, 50 lbs of live rock, and a small carpet anemone. I am leaning towards MH because of the depth of the tank (30L,12D,23.5H), and I am not against having to build a hood, and using a retrofit kit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 36" Coralife Aqualight Pro fixture that I think is awesome! (It has adjustable legs that would fit your 30"L tank)

It has 1 x 250w (10K) HQI MH, 2 x 65w PC True Blue 03 Actinics and 2 Blue LED moonlights.

It did well for my softies, zoas, LPS, LT Anemone and even a monti cap frag I had in there.
