Light timers

I have a 75 gal. tank that i'm setting up probally for fish only but mabe some live rock.

I have 3 48 in. lights with an atinic, 50/50 and 10,000k

how long should i have them on and what should i set the timers on for ?

one longer than another?

if you could give me some sequence help also please

when using flourescents it really makes no different if you set the actinics before the whiter lights. if you do it is all about personal preference. it does make more sense when dealing with point light sources like MH's where the lighting power is so much greater than the flourescents.

as for the length of time most people run between 10-12 hours.
