light for the fug.


I read and have been directed hhhere to use a compact flourescent bulb I found one at Home depot it is a br30 buls uses 16 watts and equals a 65 watt bulb it puts out 5500k should this do ? it says it has a day light rating and its made by a company called n:vision

That company makes another bulb that is 6500K and 100Watts output with a 27 watt draw. I am using 2 of them over my 40gal fuge with great results.

Sopunds good,but doesn't the cp get the fuge hot!

That should do well, but depending on the size of the fuge you may find the more powerful bulb to be a better solution.
