What kind of anonomies? They are some of the most light demanding creatures you can have unless your keeping non-photosyenthetic ones.

First we need to figure out what your trying to keep, if your looking for a Nem tank then PC will not be enough IMHO, it would be good for a soft coral tank however.

A better choice however would be Good T5 lighting, with good reflectors, the bulbs last longer and they are more efficant lights that are much more powerful.

Yeah, I agree. If you want to stick w/ fluorescents - go t5. The bulbs last longer and are brighter. I currently have PCs and am going to t5 myself. I reccomend the tek reflectors. If you want to go retrofit, I can tell you where I got all my different supplies to save $$$

Go with the T-5 and save yourself a lot of headaches later upgrading them. If you go PC, you will eventually upgrade to T-5 or MH. They wear out faster (PC) and they aren't as bright for the money.

We really need to know more about those nems...Chances are they will slowly decline if they are under NO lighting.

not sure with the spelling, congolatic anemones, ive had them for 2 years and only got bigger with only the florescents, i got the pc fixture for 70 bucks versus around 200 dual ights. so thats why i upgraded from the florescents. im really only gonna keep fish except those two anemones.
