halide for a 29g long

hi everyone,

I have a 29 gallon that I want to turn into a reefie. the tank is about a foot deep and 31 inches long.

I saw the new clip on metal Halide light (150W) from coralife. since it is only about 10 inches long will the range be able to cover the whole tank.

I know they are pretty powerful to begin with and I want to make sure that my tank won't get too hot. I want to keep hard and soft corals.
it's this or the HO T5 light

Thanks,

any suggestions are welcome.

you might want to think about a couple of 70w bulbs and ballasts. spread the light a bit better.
