Would it be enough light for live rock, yes. For an anemone, no. For a long term solution to lighting, look into T5'es or Metal Halides (MH). PC's (Power Compacts) performance is dismal at best. The recommended time frame to replace the bulbs is every 6 months. Compare the cost of the bulbs, over the long run, and the PC's get very expensive compared to T5/MH.

I love my PCs but I wouldn't recommend that for a 'nem. You didn't post any specs so I'm gonna guess that fixture may be (at best) 4 x 96 watt.

What kind of 'nem do you want to keep? I've kept condies under NO lighting in a small tank but if you want to keep some of the more difficult ones I'd suggest MH (especially in a tank as large as yours).
