cheapest quality 48" mh 2x 250W?

I am looking for the cheapest quality 48" mh 2x 250W that I can find. A guy that I know said that a seller on ebay had them (Odyssey, I think) with CF and moonlights for $370.00 w/ free S&H, but I haven't been able to locate them. Also he said that he had read on here that this certain seller used very good ballast and that there were others on ebay that sold them w/ ballasts that burnt up. Any opinions and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Eric

Lights are something you shouldn't try to skimp on. It won't pay in the long run. Find a good quality light from a respected vendor that is going to stand behind what they sell. It will pay off in the long run. If you can't find the vendor on Ebay, and you happen to find him, how hard do you think it would be to get tech support if something goes wrong with the fixture?

I could understand why you might want the "cheapest" (least expensive) unit you could find, but why do you want it to be of horrible quality?

Thats why I asked about the cheapest "quality" lights and that people on here had said that there was a ebay seller that had good prices AND quality lights and ballasts.

Ah, I read that as the "cheapest quality" as in "the worst", but you meant the "least expensive yet still high fidelity." I'm not familiar with a great eBay seller, but I'll shill www.reefgeek.com anytime I get. I've very much enjoyed every time I've dealt with them.
