Aquapod lighting

I have a 24 gallon Aquapod tank with the Current USA 32W Dual Compact Actinic and daylight Lamps which came with the tank. How often do I need to change the light bulbs? I have a few coral and a few fish in the tank. Also - is there a better quality light bulb that I should buy versus what came with the tank? I think the lighting is fine - I've had good luck with both the coral and the fish, but I'm new at reef tanks and I'm curious...

as far as bulbs for Dual Compact Actinic not really i would try to replace them about ever6 to 8 months
