Is that on the 2007 tax returns? Or outside the tax return, And if so is it per household or per tax payer?

its suppose to be $600 for individuals, $1200 for married couples, and $300 per child.

I think it is 1200 for marrieds if BOTH work for a pay check 
us stay at home moms/dads don't count I don't think....
