I have been considering a career change and moving back to working on aircraft. I talked to someone that could get me started and they ran with it. I was in meetings all afternoon being told what I needed to do to get the jobs that are open.

It's a toss up. I'm out in the weather either way. What I do now is probably better if I decide to get a job elsewhere and has a bigger variety of work. Working aircraft is more predictable but can still be a huge challenge.
