OOOOH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is AWESOME!!!!
I got into the call system! After only trying for 2 hours!!!!!! I'm stoked.
And the estimated hold time is only 292 min (about 4 and a half hours),.. I've never gotten through this quickly before

OMG that sounds like a nightmare!
I think Tim forgot to kick puppies this weekend - he beat me today I can barely sit/stand.

OOH! I can't believe this - I'm already done! And entertaining a 3 year old makes time go buy much faster.
Next time I'm definitely calling the Tuscon office, not the Phoenix one,.. it's much quicker,.. and the lady I spoke to was really nice
