Another trick is to put white glue (kids glue) on your finger and spread it over the bristles. Wait for it to dry and then peel it away ... it pulls the bristles out (this works for alot of splinters too).

You're all welcome to laugh at me, but this is what I've been doing. I hate going to a gym, and this has been pretty successful so far (I'm 6 weeks in now). now the chocolate shake I bought to make myself feel better this afternoon may have set me back a day or two, but I'm rather pleased with the results so far.

looks cool! I really enjoy the way I feel when I leave the gym,.. if I don't go for too long I start to get lazy.

I totally understand. After that contest from last fall, I wasnt sure how to maintain. I started doing this, and it's getting me ready for bathing suit season. to the beach, and you're all invited!!
