Hope everyone has a great day ... my day of productive sorting, packing etc just went out the window!
Now I have to go help the step-daughter move her stuff from 3 different places into the new place she and the bf are renting. Grrrrrrrrrrr!
Anyone want to swap lives with me for 2 weeks????

I just spent about 10 min. listening to a recording for the electric company trying to figure out how to talk to a human being. then i got cut off and start to over agian.
Recordings make me angry.........why are they called "customer service" all they are trying to do is tic you off.
I finially got a hold of someone:
her: "how can i help you"
me: "I didn't get my bill this month"
her: "my record shows we sent it on the 30th"
me: "i didn't get it"
her: "my record shows we sent it on the 30th"
me: "yes, you've said that, but that doesn't change the fact that i did not get it"
her: "should i sent you another one?"
me: "if you want me to pay it you should"
calling "customer service" brings out the worst in me. just trying to get through the recorded message makes me frustrated and angry then I have to talk to a person who is generally useless.
I don't like the person i become on these type of phone calls.

LOL I so know what ya mean! Sometimes people just don't get it! Reading that conversation made me laugh - thanks for letting me know that I am not alone in those insane conversations!
