While dropping Jack off she came out of her daze enough to partially smile at Connor.
When we got to the er (about an 45 mins after her fall) she started to talk a little bit and walking didn't go well. The only imaging the doctor saw possibly necessary was a ct scan but he didn't want to expose her to the radiation unless it was absolutely necessary. After 30 mins of observation he decided it wasn't and let us go home.
After picking up Jack and getting over the counter meds, pictures were taken. Attached is a picture of her head at 10:30 pm, the fall occurred around 7:45 pm. Happy to report that she is doing better today and the swelling has gone down but the coloring is starting to come thru.

Well,.. I was waiting for my laundry to get done at my laundry mat and I decided to walk into the thrift store,.. Sitting there on one of the shelvs was the exact clock I had as a child! It's a small digital clock that above the time has a lit up sunset sene,.. Very cool! It broke when I was about 13,.. I'm glad to have it back
I also managed to pick up a small bookshelf which is perfect for my bedroom for only $40!

howdy all!
I have been running errands for the almost birthday girl today.
The "wish list" this year was SUPER easy
princess cake with more than one princess
bubbles
notebook
chalk
scooter like connor's ( one of those razor deals)
my own beanie baby collection.... ok that didn't look like it was gonna be possible unless I hit every garage sale in town today....
I hit the mother load at the thrift store - .25 each WOOO HOOOOO!
So I bought like 15 of them boy that was easy!
and much to my sadness the only scotter was a barbie one - goodness I dislike that doll but it was pink so I got it for her- Waly world one stop birthday shopping - it was awesome!!!!
So I need to get it wrapped tonight so she doesn't go on a gift hunt!
