Absolutely serious!
I just gotta figure a way to ship them --- Does UPS allow reptile shipping? I think it might have to be FedEx....
Or maybe I could hand-deliver them, along with some frags, and ride your horses?????????

OK...reptiles are a piece of cake to keep...I'll light the candles and pour some wine for the snakes...maybe they'll realize it's nearly Spring...

At one particular time mom and I owned, 8 rabbits (rex and minilop), 6 chickens, 1 chow, 1 st bernard, 2 Korats (cats), 1 stray cat which we kept in doors, had at least 9 out door cats (they always had babies somewhere, so hard to have an exact count), 3 FW fish, 2 cockatiels, 1 iguana, 1 agama (another kind of lizard), and 2 ferrets (they were adorable). We also had an injured hawk, (mom was a wild life rehabilitator, but I won't count him as a pet, even though he was awesome..he even let me hand feed him!)
So, how does that do for a "zoo" What can I say, we loved pets!

She was an animal vet tech, animal science teacher, wild life rehabilitator, and all this while having alergies to pets. heh heh (which is why she started to get in to reptiles..no alergies to them)
You don't even want me to name every kind of animal we have ever had. You all would really think we were running a zoo. heh

Same here....we have had an amazing variety of animals since the boys were born...
When we moved back to Indiana from Louisiana, the boys were in 3rd and 6th grades....they both told me they were going to quit telling kids about their lives in Louisiana because they were tired of being accused of making up stories...we had llamas in the backyard, alligators in the ditches where we went crabbing, we had aobut 12 snakes, 45 turtles, a zillion other reptiles/amphibeans, ate crawfish and alligator tail, and so on....
