we are also using a warm steam vaporizer in her room and the Dr. prescribed robetussion DM to help with the cough and said it would help drain the gunk in her ears too

are you kidding me?? whatcha smokin' and can you send me some.. dell has got to be by far the dumbest people i have ever had the displeasure talking to.. lol.. customer service? 3 hours on the phone on 2 seperate ocassions and i gave them what i needed and they still couldn't figure out the problem.. lol.. and to make matters worse they kept sending me from tech support to sales.. dell can keep their crap... lol..

(thats about how i feel about dell.. the rest wouldn't be good to post.. lol..)

I have a Dell Certification. I can call in my own stuff. Goes much faster.

i just refuse to deal with dell.. i do need to get my toshiba fixed though. haven't got around to it.. would be nice to have a laptop again though..
