In the two states I've lived in recently, California and Oregon, both have limits on the pumps which is typically $75. After you reach the limit you must rerun your card and start over. A real PITA considering it will cost $75 to fill up your Geo Metro pretty soon. I don't fill up my Suburban but maybe every couple weeks hopefully.

lucky i only live 5 mins from work.. but still, there are other places you have to drive.. lucky my car is good but it is taking me 40.00 to fill my car up now... which used to be only 20/25

The pumps used to be limited to $50
They upped most of the limits a while ago

In 2 years I've only put 5500 miles on my F150
I think I'm on my 16th tank of gas
But each tank is $27
It's around $2.75 here - so close to $75

i havn't driven to portland in over a year, its not that far away really, but going there isn't worth it. not sure if thats commentary for how worthless portland is or how spensive gas is....

Still a few at $3 but the Majors are about $3.15

Ya record profits again and price per barrel is dropped. IF the oil companies are having to spend so much on maint and new facilities, etc why are the profits so high
