Wheee! Friday and long weekend thread!

Good morning, everyone

Coffee and breakfast sandwiches for everyone.

Do I get permission for me to make this the weekend thread, too? Who's the judge here?

Good Morning Everyone!

Any big plans for the long weekend? We are taking the kids to Worlds of Fun this morning. They don't know it. No other plans really. Just some relaxing.

Morning everyone - no work for me til Tuesday !

I did hear back from the grade school - they recommended V repeat Kindergarten but wouldn't say why. I have an email in to the people that made the decision asking for specifics.

Morning everyone. Just dropped Kermit off at the shop. After I complained about them recommending every fluid change they just did in the last 5000 miles the owner is having them do it all over again. That sounds fair to me. We only gently drive up to Breckenridge on Sundays in our Jeep.

Hope they let us out of work early, but if the Xmas vacation was an indicator we'll be here until 4:30.

Wow found a great dive for lunch take out. There is a German lady raised in Louisiana paired with a soul food.

I have never seen chicken and waffles, gator bits, schnitzel and crawdads on the same menu before.

I brought Cynthia an overflowing crawdad po'boy, enjoyed wings in bourbon sauce and we had a big old tub of fried okra on the side. Now that's eating.

Good evening all!!!!

I made it back to CA safe and sound Man that was Killer!!!! I had no idea what some of these big lifted trucks could walk straight up,.. or better yet,.. fall straight down without significant damage.

One part in the trail literally had us drop straight off a 6+ foot ledge,..

Whiskey

Good morning from the Upstate of SC

Food is on...it's brunch for the East Coast gang, and breakfast for the Left Coast. Coffee, tea, eggs over easy, toasted English muffins, cowboy potatoes, and strawberry shortcake for dessert (California strawberries and SC berries, depending on where you live)

Yikes, Kelli! That's quite a blow. I agree 100% on finding out details for that decision.

That's pretty much it, Invader. It's one on the difficult jobs of being a mod.

Perry - What a combination of cuisines. I'll take some fried okra, but not for breakfast

Spending time with Dad and Bobbi this afternoon, and with Bob's local and visiting family.

Make it a great Saturday.

Well headed out for a bit. I am taking Cynthia for real breakfast, but have the afternoon BBQ all teed up.

Looks like our only window of opportunity to go ride horses is going to be tomorrow morning. This is a strange long term weather pattern, but we can use the precipitation.

My plants are freaking me out. Usually you don't plant until this weekend, but everything is growing like crazy already.
