This thread reminds me of when we had the huge flood in '93. If you went by the national news reports all of the midwest was underwater and we are all using boats to escape from the roofs of our houses.

At the time I was living on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex about 50 miles from the Mississippi River and nearly fell over laughing when my relatives in CA called and wanted to know if we were under water too.

Glad to hear all is well. I keep telling my mom that someday her house will be beach front property.

Glad to hear ya'll are ok. Was talking to my family right outside of Portland Oregon last night. My grandparents live right outside Tillamook Oregon and had to get to high ground.

Hope ya'll stay safe over there !!

btw, Perry:, I put the Kuhmo tires on wheels today, just mounted the m thisafternoon and drove after THE WEEK FROM HELL (today is my Friday afternoon)

I will be driving all weekend now!
My son got Kumho's as well. The 235's did not fit so he is at 225/45 on those fancy pants 18s. I need to drive his new wheels over the weekend and see how the car is sorted (and also check on that nice young officer's duty schedule first).
