What is your favorite SCARY MOVIE?
Well, since I am going to have a little frightfest this week at my place, I am trying to get suggestions on some good scary movies to rent. A few of my favorites are "Rosemary's Baby", "Candyman", "Re-animator", and "the legend of Hell House". What are yours???

I was just going to say that I liked Hostel. Otherwise the oldies are the best IMO...

Have any of you ever seen Thirteen Ghosts (I think that is what its called)?
I loved that movie, I find myself watching it every time it is on. It is about this house that was built to house like 13 of the most dangerous ghosts ever. I have to say...it is a very cool movie and if you haven't seen it, check it out.

Yeah, I think if you have never seen it and you start seeing some of those creepy ghosts it can be pretty scary. Imagine if you could see ghosts with special glasses

thanks for all the excellent sugestions. Several of those I haven't seen yet. I really enjoyed the first Saw, but didn't care too much for the second. Is the third one worth the time?
I also heard that the new Dawn of the Dead was much better than expected. Guess I'll need to check that out too.
As for the oldies, I've never even heard of hush hush Sweet Charlotte... and I LOVE watching old horrors.
thanks everyone! Lets keep em coming.

I really like the first Dawn of the Dead a lot.
Also...images of that creepy tall guy in Phantasm walking and saying "boy" stayed in my brain for a long time when that came out. When he picked up the coffin by one end that was scary too.
I saw Texas Chainsaw Massacre again (the original) lately and it really did not stand the test of time well.
