Never thought I'd beat ATL's Varsity dog. I might get Ricky's to bring us some dogs to the Walnut Grove Seaquarium BBQ this spring.

It all depends on the dog.

If it's just a plain ol' Oscar Meyer wiener at home, then it's mustard, onions and cheese.

If it's a hot dog cooked on a stick over a campfire, just mustard will do.

If it's brats at home, then I fry up peppers and onions and eat it all together with spicy brown mustard.

If I'm at a real hot dog stand, it's gotta be Chicago style with sports peppers, cukes, onions, tomatoes, relish and mustard...oh, and don't forget the celery salt.

Now I need a dog fix!

It depends on my mood.

I like hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, and often times pickle slices or kraut. On brats I love lots of kraut with some mustard. I am not a huge onion fan, but I do liek a good chilli sauce over my dogs.
