Wednesday reporting in for duty

Good morning, everyone

Coffee, cocoa, oatmeat with bannanas, pecans, cinnamon, and brown sugar for breakfast. Piping hot and lots of it for everybody. Heck you can even add golden raisins.

Baby it's cold outside!

It's "safety day" at work today, so all the meetings and everything else have been canceled. we're supposed to do training and clean up desks and such. it's pretty stupid.

Good Wednesday, Everybody!

Thanks for the breakfast repast, Cath.

COLD is the byword for today. It might get above freezing tomorrow.

Keep safe on 'Safety Day', Chris!

Only takes me 99 microwave seconds for my cup of Folger's Crystals so I'm almost half a minute ahead of you.

Have a great day, everybody!

Good morning all!

Coffee is ready here,.. but walking all the way across the office to get some feels like planning to hike Mt. Everest this morning. I was up till midnight working on another car! That one was definitely not planned - but we got her back on the road again.

We do safety bingo with one number called for each day accident free. That has been going on for the last ten years or so. Also, they draw a number at our company meeting for the safety 20 dollars.

At one hundred days accident free we had safety nachos.

My friend on the safety committee says the meetings are mostly about do we want cake or pizza for the one year accident free celebration.

My favorite so far though was when we had our company ski trip in a bus to the slopes. We couldn't get out of the bus to go ski until the safety lady (who doesn't even ski but rode the bus for 2.5 hour) got up and told us it was slippery out there and to be careful.

OOOH! We can hope

I'm really enjoying the fact that my sneakers don't melt to the pavement when I step out my front door.
