KIA can you really call that a dog since the tennis ball is almost the same size? Maybe it's a tall hamster

We didn't get the break down.
He had to go, his wife was in the er.
Ours starts with a 9 foot bump out!
His estimate included the hardwood floors and custom cabinetry.
He did say if they did the bumpout work in the fall that he could discount the inside stuff several thousand if we wait for the winter when business is slow.

After he left we talked about the possibility of them doing the bump out work and hanging/mudding the dry wall and we would just do the rest or self and save bunches of money. Sure do love being married to a man who can do plumbing/electrical/painting/floor laying/etc.
