I left to go to the bank, got almost there and Tracy called me. The apartment upstairs next door was on fire. It is destroyed. Makes me scared to leave home. Everytime I do, something bad happens. Only thing it did to us was now the apartment smells like smoke.

Yikes! That's scary - Good thing your apartment is safe though.
Will you have to move out due to structure damage? Is the apartment multiple floor?
