I ordered 5lbs, with free shipping I don't have to order so many at one time.
Thank you all, the hunt is over.
BTW they said there's about 300 in 5lbs. At two every other day, these are going to last a long time.

Dang Spanks if I were in Illinois stil I would send ya all they could eat in 10 years we have a walnut tree in the backyard of my mom's house that would supply them for the ret of thier natural lives just form one season. This Walnut tree is older than most of the residents in Lincoln. As kids we used to take the still green ones and write our names on the sidewalk and the stain would last till the following year heheh along with the stains on our fingers from the soft outer coating ehheheh. (BTW Used to get my butt chewed every year for doin it too)

Jerel find out who supplies the local restaurants with produce and check with them. They might have them or should be able to get them, in quantity of course, for a reasonable price. Also check with any purveyors they have, multy item type, such as US Foods and Sysco.

PS: Jerel , i also have Black walnuts here at the casa (in the late summer/early fall) a lot harder shell than the English variety,,
if/when those two get bored with the ez nuts to open,
