Nope this is what I do. An example or two of this very thing.
A guy at my work put an illegal amplifier in his truck and was broadcasting on his cb with MUCH more power than authorized. All of our computer speakers in our building picked up his conversation
My neighbor put up a ham radio mast and didn't do the correct grounding of the system or terminate the antenna cables properly. My garage door began going up all by itself while I was away from home. He said it wasn't him. One night I heard him talking over my laptop speakers and then my garage door went up. This time I went over to his house and had his wife talk on the radio while he came to my house. Happened again. He never did give me the $200 that I spent replacing my garage door opener.
