Video card troubles again

Ok seems like everything from 10-2005 is failing on me now
I had the video card replaced in my Dell desktop in 10-2005

So it's happening again and now it's out of warranty. Any suggestions on a replacement?
The current card which has failed twice is an Nvidia Geforce 5200 128 of ram.

what exaclty do you Need out of a graphics card ? high perfromance gameplay ? video editing ? 3D development ? how much power are you looking for & what price ?
