There is a 401K meeting I should go to right now,.. but I have a tun of work I need to do too 
I'm not sure if I'm going to ditch the meeting or not,.. it'll be an hour meeting, and I really don't have an hour to spair,.. plus my 401K does what it does,.. I really don't do anything with it.

I hope so. I was studying last night and my Sgt came in and talked to me for a while. told me to quit over thinking-everything and just show up and be myself. He definitely helped me relax a bit
