I must not be very usual. I ran about 2 miles. It may also be hard to cool down in a sauna, and at 86 degrees and 77% humidity there's not much room for my sweat to go anywhere.

biked and then went to hips buns and theighs... felt a little bit like a turkey  Chris, I hear ya on the sweating thing - toooo hot to be able to cool down! and pleased to say hubby posted his first response in the weight loss thread.. if he ever shows up in here he is yldiver
