actually here in Ireland they eat a lot later than we do in the states. most places do not open for lunch till 12:30. dinner reservations do not start till 7!
this is quite a bit different than the mainland of Europe.

Peanutbutter pie
peanut butter pie
makes two pies..
need to graham cracker crust or oreo cookie shells
1-- 16 oz cream chesse ( at room temp)
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup confectioners sugar ( 10xxx)
16 oz of cool whip ( usally the larger tub is fine)
cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar togeather,
add peanut butter and blend well.. fold in the cool whip ( a little at a time...trust me!)
then pour in to crush.
you can either frezze it or place in refrig for later..
i like to dripple chocolate over it.....
great with coffee or even bet when everyone else is slepping!

I had actually been unemployed for awhile but have found a new job in a completely different scientific field. So no more trips to the deep-blue for me.

Chocolate Waffles from Tims
1/4 c hersey powder choc.
3 c pancake mix
2 1/2 c water
2 Tbls oil
mix. add more water if needed.
when batter is fully thinned out ( with just a bit of thickness to it)
pour on to the waffle griddle
2 minutes and you are eating brownie waffles
it is really good if you melt butter adn warm the maple syrup first. and add a bit of whipped cream on top!
