Got the car packed. Never thought we would cancel skiing due to record heat. C'mon snow tonight.

yup 16 is definetly a heat wave compared to -35

Hey Amy
I thought we could visit next weekend,
then I found out my kids will be gone for the weekend on a field trip for their Latin class
(bonus, no depressed teenagers saying how bored they are)
now I find out they are coming back Saturday afternoon
I'll keep you informed on if we can make it or not

Were doing a BBQ at work today!!!!! Everyone chipped in $5 and there grilling it up now,.. I can't wait

We are going Whiskey. Our heat wave is over today and there is snow in the mountains the next three days. We are just going to do a leisurely drive up in the afternoon and check in to her conference. Hopefully in the morning there will be beautiful powder covering everything.
I am trading our 65 degree day down in the Springs for heavy precipitation and 15-30 degree temps if anyone is interested.
