I get to do my annual fitness test today. Might be weird running on a flat track. Most of my running here has been on hills. Mostly up hill at that.

I survived a 45 min "work ability eval" I would rather do a Ranger school obstacle course, you should do fine, you are a bit younger than me

I know she's alive and well!
She sent me a text message saying her number changed yesterday or the day before.
If I remember right she was moving into a place that wouldn't have internet for a bit - she's probably still working on getting that hooked up.
