I'm great with making those kind of consequences! He got kicked off the bus once for a week and hated walking at the time. He would have loved getting mom or dad to drive him. That mile and a half walk each way to school really sucked. It was cold and rainy that week. Nice thing was the principal approved once I explained to him that someone would be along to make sure he wasn't alone to cross a busy street.
