This reminder is late, but......


Did everyone remember to change the batteries in thier smoke detectors when we changed the clocks back??????

I retro-fitted the entire house with hard wired detectors with battery backup recently. At present they were "just" installed so no need to replace.
But even these need to be replaced

Time does not change in sunny Az, so I did not change batteries either.

i just moved in and activated the batteries in my new house. and these detectors also beep when the battery dies. so no more checking for me EVAR!!

nope. But I do have a bag from HD that contains 8 smoke detectors that I'm supposed to hang up around the house.

that bag's been on my bench for about 2 months now.

I'm sure after they put out the fire, I'll be ready to hang them.

(sigh)
