A friend of a friend works at a tune up shop and keeps his saddle bags full of old spark plugs.
I also don't condone his method of anger management, but it does seem to work for him.

So I was looking into daily caloric intake needs, and those calculations say I need 3700 calories to maintain my body weight... 3700!!! I couldnt believe it.

Yikes! Well you should loose pretty quickly then,.. that's a plus  It said something like 2900 for me. I would really like it if I could keep under 1K per day,.. but I can only pull that off for a few days before I'm almost forced to cheat big time.

Under 1k per day is surely setting yourself up to find a pizza and devour it! I think you'd be better of trying to be consistent at around 1500-1800, as it will be easier to succeed. But of course, birthday weeks are exempt!

Ya,.. this week is not good. Pizza, hot wings, beer, and onian rings are what I ate yesterday,.. Really good,.. but i should probably fast for the rest of the week to make up for it.
