Oh well,.. The way I have it figured is anytime I'm hungry I'm loosing weight,.. so I should be happy that I'm hungry

I've read that being hungry forces your body to store fat for fuel. It's better to eat six smaller meals to satisfy the body and cause it to not store fat... But I usually am trying to figure out how to pack weight on, not take it off

We use the words,.. "hot" or "Expidite"

That or "5 day fab".

I've only seen a "Hot, Expidite, 3 day fab, Priority job" once.

Dangit! How am I supposed to fit all that in? I would like to bring a bunch of fruit to work or something,.. but it goes bad too quick,.. and all the "Snack" foods are always terrible for you.

3 days to machine
4 days minimum for outside services

I read it from the Body for Life series by Bill Phillips. It's the only thing that ever put weight on for me. My buddy was 310 and in one year dropped to 204lbs with 6% body fat on his program.

There is a difference in cardio for the packing it on and taking it off routine. My downfall was that I was playing racketball three times a week for 2-3 hours and I was burning more than I was taking in. SO I hit a road block at about 164-168.

I still use the eating for life books, but need to get motivated and start the program back up.
