Maybe I'll need to see that this weekend.
did you ever read the books? As usual, they were much better; seemed to make Bourne out to be more of hero than he is in the movies, but I've yet to see the third one, clearly. I actually thought it was more interesting beause it's set in the mid-early 80s, so the technology for tracking him was a little less than adequate, which made for better/sneakier plot lines. Boo, movies. Booooo.

but if they are anything like the HP books vs. movies

You'll have to throw the movies out of your head if you read them... totally different plots. Similar premise, but the reason behind his character is much better as I remember. More believable, too. Example, when he gets taken up on the boat, it takes him more than a day to recover from multiple bullet wounds.
