We're having some rain this morning but glad to get it. It won't put a damper on anything I've got planned for the day, mainly a get-together to celebrate my grandson's 12th birthday.

Today my brother Greg and his wife Deb start their journey back to Norman, OK. It's been a great visit.

I wanted to take my little boy to see Kung Fu Panda or Wally, but he keeps refusing the offer. He says it is too loud at the movies and he will just wait for it to come out on DVD. Sometimes I wonder if he is really only 6.

we really enjoyed Wall*e but I have to agree, sometimes the theaters are just too loud. So practical your little one is
So looks like it's time to get the household back to Normal... apparently I shouldn't be gone for 3 days or the house looks like a tornado ran through it  |

welll sorta, I mean the birthday mess is still in the living room... I mean really No one could pick that up while we were away?!  As you can see I have really moved on that cleaning up bit.

 That's funny, I seem to keep hearing the same thing at my house from my wife all the time. The only difference is she is usually only gone for a part of a day and I get that lecture.
