Glad you have a good one. Ours is down in Pueblo and everyone says it is really trashy. We do the Ren Faire instead which is a blast in August.

We will probably go to the next one just to see some animals compete. Our lambikin that a little guy raised for his 4H project just went to the butcher this week. The one he did last year was the best meat we ever ate.

We pay roughly four bucks a pound which is pretty cheap for butchered lamb, and the kid has his whole project paid for.

I bet if a place opened to eat that served just fair food they might do alright. I could go for giant onion rings or some fried mac and cheese now and then.

Night everyone. Hopefully tomorrow will be a little quieter at work. My desk went from tidy to plastered with paper in two days.

You lost me at fried Mac and Cheese. I am not big on fair food, I was always on call when fair came around and any of the stars that showed I wanted to see, buying a ticket insured 3-4 calls of an urgent nature, so I just never got into the fair groove.; I have bought 4H projects for the freezer tho, living out here theres always a friends kid that has a project, so ya I buy in, best deal was a 2 way split on a steer at #350 each for a 1000# on the hoof, and the co buyers didnt like prime rib or ribeye, they likes hamburger, go figure
