Sunflower seeds! They take so long to eat you really don't get any calories from them,.. but they keep your mouth and hands doing something breaking all the shells apart to get that little sead out.

One day a friend decided to come up with a "Mobster style" nickname for me after watching Godfather.
It was not family friendly.
But it stuck and caused one really, really funny story,.. but I can't tell the story because I can't say the name
