The new Black Onyx True Perc and his wife, the true perc. They are getting beat badly! I had a divider up but it was causing flow and algae problems.

I'm using rock from the main tank so I am hoping that will limit the cycle.

next up
we lived in a rural area, it was a big deal when my town got it's first stop lights
and even bigger when we got our first Hardee's (I believe it's jr's or something like that for our west coast readers)
anyway, it was small
and I lived about 8 miles outside the "big city"
i had about a 45 minute bus ride to school
the other kids in the neiborhood and myself had fun before waiting for the bus
there was a seasonal pond across the street from my house
so every morning we would go play in the pond before the bus picked us up
I don't think I ever went to school with dry shoes
on day we decide to go swimming before school
so we all wear shorts, jump in the pond and have a grand old time
the bus shows up and won't let us on untill we dry off
i think we were about 15 minutes late that day

Just rolled her eyes a bit. She knew I needed to do it and she was pushing to get them moved into a tank of their own. She just thought that it would be one of the 10g I have in the basement. I need to save them for fry later.
