This will be a good day to get overwith. Hopefully Cynthia will stop getting sick and can make it to work tomorrow. I put her on a strict regimen of sun chips (pepper and ranch flavor which are incredible) and Gatorade G2 (green).
There was a stirring in the employment force today at work and I have a feeling one less person will be there tomorrow morning. This directly affects what I do, so tomorrow is a complete unknown. I am pretty secure about my gig but am unsure what it might morph into.
Got the garage clean after work and I am going to just relax and drink a beer. Tomorrow will be molding and putting back all the trim, grates, sprinklers and all that junk with caulk and the rest. These home improvement projects are more exhausting than boot camp was.
Have a survivable *onday evening.

That all made perfect sense to me. Guess these M-Ville threads grow on you.

I did rotating shifts way back at Nuclear Prototype training when I was a Navy Nuke. We spent our time with the other guys on the shift though, and didn't have to rotate into family life. That would be tough to put a weekend into the middle of our 7 days.
At least the weekend is in sight !!
Night everyone.

I figured with how wiped I've been after work that I'll never get the plans finished by Sunday
she seamed to take it pretty well

Cath, you need to see two films: one is older in B&W, the other is ca. 1998.
1. One is Alfred Hitchcock's mid 40's classic,Notorious, starrting Cary Grant, Ingrid Bergman, and (I almost didn't recognise him without a moustache) Claude Raines (Louie from Casa Blanca). To really enjoy this film, you gotta get in the mood and dress in the period and pour martinis.
2. This one is going to be hard to find, a made-for-TV film called The Librarian: Curse of the Judas Chalice. A little campy, but a lot of fun and it praises all the Marions of the World.
Lots of fun for a weekend indoors this fall, I think the Hitchcock will be my next "dinner-and-a-Movie" party, with the condition that everyone has to dress as their favorite character...

Eric, rotating shift work is tough on everybody. Jeff is the only one I know that's really mastered it.

If I come as James Stewart in Rear Window, do I have to break my leg?
