The Rubicon is great with the locking diffs. This Sport with limited slip and 31" tires is fine for us for right now. The important thing is to get out and use it, and there are tons of places around in the Rockies really close.

The FJ is awesome, but they are $32,000. This Jeep with both tops and new Baja BF Goodrich tires with only 24,000 miles cost half that. I just started looking at all the junk you can get for a Jeep...it is enough to blow your mind.

Super deal, Perry. Great looking jeep and ought to be just the thing for running around the mountains, especially when Winter comes.

Brand new an FJ with all the goodies runs a smidge under the cost of a loaded Rubicon( 2 dr wrangler) I still like the FJ better but wish they had a topless option

We are going to attempt to get the top off today. Hopefully that will not be an ordeal. That puppy weighs 150 lbs though...Michelle thinks she can help, but I might need to grab a neighbor since it is so bulky.

Hang in there with the new job Michelle and the new house!!!

Well I am driving the Jeep the next six weeks. Freeway mileage is supposed to be only 18, and that is without the big tires so my Michelle (the other vet named Michelle) is taking the Beemer.

Lower lakes road is pretty close and pretty knarly...hrmm lunchtime is not that far away.
